      PSP Global Operations Interview

      12 June 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UNHCR in June 2019

      Interview

The interview was conducted over Skype punctually at the time given. The panel consisted of 4 members (Boss, Assistant Boss, Current Intern, and HR Rep). They were very cordial and courteous, introduced themselves and their backgrounds and made small talk before initiating their questions. The questions were 5 in total (4 of which I listed below). All members asked at least 1 question. At the end, they prompted me to ask any questions (I asked two). All in all, a difficult nerve-wracking experience but one that built my confidence as it progressed. An hour after the interview, I emailed them, thanking them for taking time to meet with me. And I swiftly received a reply with an offer of the position! (So make sure you thank them for their time, it can go a long way!)
