Following to submission of my expression of interest and the demanded proof of education and work experience, an interview followed, where many topics were discussed. A very interesting conversation took place, allowing us to get to know better each other, our aspirations, our motives and our capabilities.

Received an invitation for a video call, no further information. I was surprised that two people interviewed me although in the invitation there was only one person mentioned. Standart question, no description or explanation of work culture, teamwork etc. At the end I’ve asked the person who would have been my supervisor to explain her leadership style, she said “normal, we have occasionally one-on-one”
