The interview was very well structured. It was seen as a capacity exercise where I was able to bring out what I was doing all the years as a professional

The written test was relatively easy, and it was only one hour. The oral interview was 45 minute and completely competency based. The panel started with tell us about yourself questions and the motivation. Followed by questions to describe specific situations.
