Interview
I submitted an online application and was short-listed for a position in Copenhagen. I had a 90 minute phone interview that went really well, and I thought that I would surely get an offer. Instead, they sent me an email less than four hours later thanking me for my time. Obviously, they had a candidate pre-selected and were only ticking a box to have interviewed two others.

I know the subject very well, I do not think there were any problem questions. However most of my examples of poor performance were from UN OPS projects I had observed; maybe its good I did not go to work there.
