I passed all interviews, it took around 1 month. I must admit that I really enjoyed this part, and it was a pleasure to communicate with employees from UP42. Even more: during interviews I got really inspired by their ideas and approaches, which was definitely a good sign for me. When I passed all steps, I've been told that it would take 1-2 days to make a final decision, however it took almost 3 weeks. The worst thing is that they refused to share the reason why I was declined. Long story short: a lot of effort have been made, a lot of time spent (7 weeks), for absolutely nothing. It all seemed so promising, and actually I still believe it is a great place to work. But I don't understand why it all had to be ruined that way.
