      Software Developer Interview

      14 Dec 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UPDIVISION in Feb 2016

      Interview

My interviewer was late so I had to wait in the park outside their offices for 20 minutes. Then, they asked only cliché questions for almost an hour that had nothing to do with the technical position I was applying for. They were asking about my former employers, why I left, what I would have done differently and all this bla bla ... After an hour of personal questions I became annoyed and asked if they had a technical test I could take because my time was limited. They didn't have any test. Also, during the interview I found that you need do have a company or be self employed to be able to invoice because they don't hire people. It's much cheaper for them to collaborate, but at the same time they require you to be present at their office for 8 hours a day, which by the way is illegal. The general impression was that of unprofessionalism.
