First round was a general introduction interview, second round was a case interview about an M&A case, with valuation and other aspects about the M&A process. There were two interviewers in both rounds

Very pleasant process, multiple stages with a very interesting psychology assesment. Everyone I met seemed knowledgable, excited about their roles in the business and approachable. I think their hiring process shows a lot about the company, the people they hire and their career satisfaction.

What type of leader would you describe yourself as.
First an interview done by video recordings. There were about 5 question. A second interview with the manager on Teams. The interview was not difficult, the questions were about yourself and what you think about certain things. No cases in the interview.
