Interview
Often there is a phone screening first. Then you are invited to meet with several people like other staff you will be working with, then the PI or supervisor. Usually lasts a couple of hours.

Interview
It was typical for a corporate hospital. Required background check, clearances, drug testing, blood draw, and formal in-person interview with your direct superior as well as other staff members you will be working with indirectly.
