There was an initial hirevue asking basic questions that you would expect from an interview. I was emailed by the recruiter for a final interview (over zoom). There were about 5 board members on the zoom call and it was very conversational. The only question I can remember is them asking me why I'd like to work for UPMC. Other than that, they asked about my resume and what I'm interested in. They also asked me to talk about an experience that is not on my resume. Everyone on the panel was so nice and easy to talk to. The conversation flowed easily and was an overall great experience.

All behavior-based questions. Nothing technical or too hard. All questions were either resume based or asking me to expand upon my resume. No technical questions were asked. They did ask one curveball question where there is no right or wrong answer, they just want to hear your thought process.
