UPshow interview questions

One phone with Human Resources. One call with management. One in person with Management HR was rude and took forever to get back to me after the final round. I had to reach out many times.

I was contacted very quickly by the recruiter and set up a screening call. That call was pleasant and was asked if I'd like to come in on the next business day. I went in a few days later and was very unimpressed with the interview set up. I spoke with 3 different people, only one of whom seemed to be prepared (the recruiter/HR person) and the other two literally told me that hadn't even looked over my resume. They really had no game plan as to what they wanted to ask me and the founder even said some questionable things that made me wonder if I'd want to work there if presented with the opportunity (1. he asked me if I had kids- which I told him is illegal 2. made negative comments about largely millennial workforce). Additionally, the office space was super cramped and cluttered. I really didn't think I'd want to work there but after two weeks, it's been crickets on their side. Very unprofessional to not at least check in with a qualified candidate after a two hour onsite interview (and an HR person to boot).
