I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at URA (Singapore) in Feb 2024
Interview
Interviewers were >30min late, HR went MIA on the interview day and made me waited for a long time at their office. The interviewers were not being tactical and sensitive enough with their questions which made me question their professionalism and experience.

Question 1
If your previous workplace is so good why did you leave? How long more do you want to do low level job?
HR rep was professional and friendly. The process involved a written test, followed by an in-person interview. If shortlisted, there would still be another round of in-person interview. Standard interview questions were asked, with a focus on explaining the job scope, discussing the candidate's previous job experiences and reviewing academic achievements from a decade ago. Overall, it was a positive experience. However, due to the high volume of candidates being interviewed, the success rate was expected to be low.

Interview
Enjoyed the conversation, panel expressed interest to get to know the applicant on a more personal level beyond skills in job description (desired work culture etc.), and were eager to share more about the role.
