US Airconditioning Distributors interview questions

I was interviewed in front of a panel of about 7 people. One was the general manager and the rest were outside sales engineers. Each person talked about themselves and their experiences as an inside sales engineers and then asked me a question. They said that this job requires having tough skin and being about to deal with yelling customers.
