Basic questions, HR made me role play an angry phone call in front of the hiring managers. Was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The HR stated I had to agree that I was comfortable with hearing curse word and vulgar language during the job.

Submitted resume, got a phone call and was asked for an interview in person.
Basic question and answer show, asked about experience, what you did, how long you worked. Then there's a tour of the place from the supervisor. They show you what the work is like, and what you'll be doing there as the new employee. You'll also meet some of the managers and get to talk to them, like meeting someone new, nothing serious.

I was contacted by this company to come by for an interview. The person on the phone was very pleasant but never told me how they found me, because I did not have a record of this company in my files. The interviewer told me a date and time to come by and told be not to dress up. I was overdressed in jeans and a jacket. I answered questions when given - was passed off to 5 gentlemen in one office.

The five gentlemen in an office barely acknowledged me and barely gave me a chair to sit in. They were having a full fledged conversation about business without paying any attention to me. One particular gentlemen realized the situation and asked me one construction question which I answered not have any interest in my answer. They then said you passed and passed me to another gentlemen.
