All you need to do is take an exam. Very simple and straight forward. They may ask if you have a car for a manager position. All in all they want to see if you are capable of following instruction and that can be found through the exam

The interview was short, took place over the phone, and involved several situational prompts from a single interviewer, most regarding past job experience or how one would handle a hypothetical situation in the field or otherwise.
