Two months after applying online to the entry level hiring event, I received an email invitation to attend their two day hiring event. The first day they brought me in to their office and sat me in a waiting room with other applicants. Then I was called in to interview with a 3-person panel of varying skillsets in a large room where many other applicants were doing the same thing. After answering their questions and asking my own, I was directed to a separate room to ask any questions of HR. That night I received a telephone call that I would be offered a position and was directed to come in the next day to receive it. The next day, I was brought into a waiting room then directed back to the large room where I sat with an HR employee. The employee presented me the offer and answered my questions.
