Phone interview with a 3 member panel. They told me very little about the position and simply stated they were going to ask me 5 question. They didn't make me feel comfortable about asking questions about the organization. They seemed rather surprised that I had several questions.

Describe an time when you had to discuss a senitive/difficult problem with a client who was irrate/extremely upset. What was the situation? How did you interact with the client? What steps did you take to resolve the problem? What was the final out come?
