They use the STAR method for their in person interviewing portion. Please brush up on this type of technique and to make it easier just write down how you would answer the most popular questions. There are a few that you might not prepare for just remember the STAR method and you will do fine.

3-panel members, 2 regular/free questions like what is your biggest accomplishment today, why do you want to work for us? and 3 SMART behavioral interview questions. The interview was done via telephone.

Interview is Behavior Based where you are asked about Situations that you encountered in the past. Your will be based on your experience. You will use the STAR method to answer the question.
