I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at US Foods
Interview
Three rounds; initial phone screening with HR, virtual Microsoft Teams interview with two current associates, and final round virtual interview with two senior finance/accounting leaders.
Questions are not technical, primarily about experience, the specific program, what you'll bring, why you feel you're a good fit, why US Foods, etc.
Interviewers care more about YOU as a candidate, not necessarily just your qualifications (since this is a LEADERSHIP development program, which means they want individuals who can grow into leaders).
Their core values are very important to them, it's not just lip service. Their recruiting practices make the candidate feel like the company is interested in them, not just their resume.
