I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at US Foods (Tucson, AZ) in July 2011
Interview
Submit resume as a job application through US Foods careers website. Interview with a district manager, then another district manager. The 3rd and final interview was with the Regional Sales Manager. They will ask you of your experience and how it directly correlates to the job. they will ask you about different experiences you have had. They will describe the job and the functions of the job. The job cannot truely be described beyond the daily duties because expectations are different with every customer. If you pass each interview you will be contacted by a DSM in Tucson or an HR rep in PHX offering a position. The salary is negotiable and will be discussed in the 3rd interview. However, salary will be offered when the job is offered.

Question 1
Tell us a little about your history and why you're interested in US Foods.
Great experience. Pretty quick turn around on getting a response back after the first interview to come in for a second interview. Very professional setting and people were great to go through the process with.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Foods in Nov 2023
Interview
Pre-screen, 2x corporate virtual interviews, 1x 2 hour in person interview. All of the virtual interviews were straight forward and followed a corporate template. The in person interview was much more robust and across the board. I was not followed up with despite being told I’d have an answer that same week.
