It was a very lengthy process with 4 rounds, not including the first phone talk with HR. Even though all the feedbacks after every interview were positive, it left me the impression that they were not really hiring external candidates or only wanted to hire under qualified candidates to easily control. And the worst part is they even could not make decision after 3 weeks since my last interview. When I emailed to HR recruiter to ask about the result, she just gave me the promising answer like “the hiring manager is still considering you”. Since then, I have not received any communication from them which I deserved to have after spending time and efforts for 4 rounds. It is really unprofessional and I can see it is the way how they are treating their employees. Note: Glassdoor removed a lot of negative reviews of this company.
