Interview
I applied for the position on LinkedIn. I was contacted by a Recruiter and asked about my background. I was then set up with an in person interview with the HR Manager and VP of Operations.

They asked if I had worked in an union environment before.
Contacted by a Senior Recruiter. First, the email mentioned a much lower level position than what I applied to. When I asked I was told it was a mistake so we moved forward to set up a phone screen the next day. 9 minutes before he was to call me he sent an email stating something came up and he needed to reschedule. That was 3 weeks ago. Since they just reposted the same role I’m going to assume they didn’t have anyone lined up so not sure why they didn’t reach back out but if this is how they treat candidates I don’t want to work for them.
