US Installation Group interview questions

Interview over Skype. Asked mundane questions but their computer camera was pointed at the wall so I could not see either interviewer. Questions were easy since I have worked in the field and have owned my own company.

I did a quick phone screen then was scheduled to go in for an interview. At that interview, the manager said they were going to make me an offer. She mentioned the pay and I stated that i could not take less than X. Basically, they acted desperate. I should have known.
