Called for a phone interview which lasted about 45 minutes. Required to take a Physical Abilities Test which consisted of moving boxes, climbing a 14 foot ladder, and performing specific tasks under a reasonably time constraint. Was referred for the position. HR contacted me a couple weeks later to tentatively offer the position and give background check information

Panel of four from different departments that were hiring + HR person. Each asked questions about past experiences and preferred department. Most of the questions were technical questions not many behavior questions.

You will be interviewed by 2-4 people and general questions asked of you. I think they need to show you what you will actually be doing and tell and show you the department you will be working in before you quit your job to work in a boot camp.
