Applied around Feb 2013 and phone interviewed around mar 2013. They asked same behavioral questions listed on here. I prepared what to say but didn't quite answer them nicely and one of two hiring managers didn't like my answer from the beginning which I could tell. I could hear his comments from the background. Anyway, it was my fault that I didn't put explanations nicely. I knew that I won't selected then. They also mentioned that they were not looking for the special area(I think they used a word 'art') I applied for. One month later I received an email saying that they won't move forward with the hiring process due to the financial constraints. In May, I received a reject email saying that I wasn't selected.
