I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service in May 2016
Interview
Very long process as everyone here described, i am not too sure on the exact dates. I applied, took the exam and scored an 84 percent. I had to take drug test. About a month later, i got an interview set up. The day of the interview i was the only one that showed up out of six people, so i was pretty much guarenteed the job on the spot. Interview went great, pretty straight forward, not much too worry about there. Getting into the post office is great, however the RCA position totally was not for me. It is a noncareer position so no benefits. I was also told i was only going to be guarenteed one day (Sundays) and that the rest of the week i would be on call. She basically told me all the negatives of the job and i listened. Postal truck has no AC, the pay however is decent ($16.36), not bad. Interview ended smooth and she told me to keep an eye on my email. Sure enough i get an email, about a week later, asking me to accept or decline the position. I declined the position.
