There was a quick phone interview, followed by a more detailed in-person interview. It was more of a high-level problem solving interview, as opposed to a detailed interview asking you to "prove" your skills.

Interview
Started with video where you basically sell yourself. If they like it they bring you in for a interview at their Bolger facility. You are interviewed and if selected they try to accommodate your top 3 choices.

I asked them if they could consolidate all of their mail (letters, packages, etc) into one type of machine. I don’t remember their answer but after I started working I realized that it would be hard to do that. Because of the volume of mail it is not practical

Interview
Ther was a lot of behavioral based questions. I attended a hiring seminar in Washington DC, where there were hundreds of other Industrial Engineering Interviewees and a few dozen Interviewers. After meeting with the interviewers in a meet and great session, where we gave somewhat of an elevator pitch to introduce ourselves and make a good impression.
