I applied online. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at US Postal Service in July 2012
Interview
Applied online and took preliminary tests which qualified me to schedule a formal test. Took that with instant results. Knew I passed. Heard nothing but kept going online checking status. 3 months later, called for interview. Another month I was ordered to take drug test by end of next day. They don't hurry but when they need you to provide something, it's rushed. Got letter that I passed the medical and background. Then email telling me about training which was still two months out. Don't quit another job until you've been badged. From first test to start, nearly 8 months....don't give up. Slow

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Spokane, WA)
Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
