I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Dayton, OH) in July 2018
Interview
Group meeting to encourage or discourage (weed out) new candidates. If you get an "interview" then you're in. Theres no actual "interview". It was a way to get several candidates to show up together and show ID, which staff made a copy of.

Question 1
Never asked me or anyone in the group any questions.
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.

Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
