when I got hired, you had to take a test to be able to get an interview. but i think they changed it to some kind of assessment you can take on your home computer. they used to go based on who scored highest, the interview didnt really matter because they need people.

You do the application online, take a assessment test, given a date to go to the test center to take the 743 exam. must pass with atleast 70. If you pass you are called for a interview which is usually a bunch of people. The interview was faily easy going.
