I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Forest Park, IL) in June 2013
Interview
Applied in March got an email for a background check early June. About a week later received another email for a drug test. Same day got a call saying to take the drug test that day and report for an interview the next. Filled out tax papers and got fingerprinted and then about a 10 min interview very stress free and relaxed some basic questions about safety and willingness to work overtime. Received email for orientation the next week.

Question 1
None really. I was fired from previous job and contemplated lying but she stressed to be honest because some people have been terminated for not being truthful. I was truthful and still got the job. Basically if you get the interview you get the job as long as you dont completely spazz out or anything
