20 minute easy interview, Then 2 weeks of training. All you need is to be 18 and have a drivers license. Training is fairly easy. The first week is all in a classroom showing you slides about the job. The second week is half classroom work, half training on the company vehicles.

No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.
