I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service
Interview
The process took about 3 weeks from filling out the application to getting an orientation date. Im not sure if this is normal for this company but I never interviewed with anyone. I submitted the app, received an email to accept or decline the offer, which I accepted, and then completed the background check and drug test, and then went in to file out a paper and do fingerprints and got my orientation date that day. Did not interview at any time, only met with someone named Debra to file the paperwork and fingerprint. I start 10/21/2019.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Scottsdale, AZ) in May 2016
Interview
It lasted about 4 weeks. in the beginning I took the personality assessment (4/30) and once you've passed that assessment they will email you to schedule the Exam 473. You will have 36 hours to complete the Exam 473 (5/6). Once you complete the exam right after they email you your results. I scored 85.4 which is a qualifying score. Anything less than 70 will not qualify. After the exam, I was emailed USPS Motor Vehicle Record Search, you put in your driver license numbers and submit within 72 hours (5/12). then they sent me two emails one for my background check and the other to schedule my appointment for my drug screening (5/17). You have 3 days to schedule the appointment and then three days to go take the test. Do it asap. (5/18) they emailed me for an interview for 5/25 at the Scottsdale location. When you arrive they will have 3 of the branches managers telling you the good bad and ugly about the company once they are finished each one will take everyone individually for one on one interviews. she will let you know if you are recommended or not. the next day 5/26 I received a conditional job offer. which you click the link and press accept or decline. and thats the update I have so far on the process.
