US Postal Service Policy Analyst interview questions

About a month after I submitted an online application, a initial phone interview was set up . It was a phone interview with a group of approx. 4 people. It was pretty much a one sided interview, and interviewers sounded disinterested. After two of them described the job and organization for 10 minutes, one of them said we only have a minute left for the phone call and asked if i had any question. This entire interview was a joke.
