The process was transparent. The interviewer highlighted my skills and discussed the responsibilities of the position as it related to the position. Overall, the questions that the interviewer asked were all job specific and easy.
Easy & comfortable. I had no issues answering the questions. They were very nice & helped me feel at ease. Just not the kind of company I wanted work for
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at US Residential (Austin, TX) in Sept 2018
Interview
I met with the Regional and then had a 2nd interview with the two owners. I did well, and they asked difficult questions and weren’t very friendly. And that’s ok, they’re owners. My issue was that the Regional never even had the common courtesy after two long interviews to send me an email letting me know they’d selected another candidate, even after I sent her the standard thank you note. I just never heard from her again. That says a lot about their respect for employees and for candidates in general. If the owners didn’t think I was a good fit then I understand that, but show the people who take time off from work to interview with you some courtesy.
