Interview
I was contacted by the group I would be working with and went in to their office to meet and speak with them. Upon arrival we casually discussed my background in playing and coaching tennis. We discussed the concept of dealing with youth athletes and how to coach them and deal with any behavioral issues that may arise. They were happy with my responses and examples of how to handle certain situations. We discussed pay and hours and the interview ended.
