Went in for in person interview after phone interview. They bring all of the people going for each position, so you meet a lot of your soon to be coworkers there. They also have multiple interview nights, so you can pick which works best for you.

Interview
First online video, then they bring you in for a full day of training to see how you manage. They want to see how knowledgable on the sport(s) you are, how quickly you can learn the drills they want you to teach, how well you work with others, and how personable you are with children.

Interview
Attended the company's "Interview Night". I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The questions I was asked were all behavioral. The interview was very short - about 10-15 minutes.
