      Editor/Photographer Interview

      7 Oct 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at USA BMX in June 2012

      Interview

The interview process was fairly simple as I had a very clear directive for where I wanted to take their in-house publication. Luckily that was a good answer for them and the rest of the pieces fell into place. The poor part was the length of the process. I spent a weekend working an event as a "working interview" and then had very little communication for the next four months. I had another working interview followed by a face to face in November and received an offer two weeks later.
