No follow up after 3 rounds of interviews, including two hour long video calls with hiring manager and Sr. team member. Extremely unprofessional HR contact and process. HR also posted the job under the wrong company.

It was very straightforward, and the team members were very kind. I had 3-4 rounds over video after an HR call. The recruiter was very supportive and updated me every step of the way.

Lori L was the recruiter that reached out regarding my application. I can probably say this was the worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve had in my career for interviewing. She called me and immediately said “The pay for this role is 50k if you’re not interested then goodbye. Sorry to have wasted your time”. It caught me by surprise since it was seconds into the call but my sales instincts kicked in and I took it as an opportunity to try to showcase my skills with the objection and negotiation. “It’s non negotiable so bye have a good day” I had to call her out for her rude and unprofessional attitude. “Do you just not want to interview me Lori?”
The questions were basic “Why are you looking for another job?” “What did you do in your previous role”. Felt like I forced her to stay on the phone. If you applied for more than one role, may sure to confirm which role you’re getting a call for because they do not clarify until day of interview. They ghost you after the interview as well. RED FLAGS!
