There is no interview process.. you simply fill out some basic information about yourself then a personality questionnaire and then you are sent to the study site. If you pass thru the study site to learn about the job and you do well you will be sent a username and password if accepted.

They did ask if i was a licensed insurance agent. I thought this was very unusual.

Interview
I have just finished the interview, orientation and certification. It was all automated and pretty self explanatory. We are required to develop our own presentation or approach using the outline and goals provided. I feel this will be no problem to do as I have many years experience in sales, but for someone new or with little experience it could be a problem.
