The interview process was demanding, rightfully so. I met with several different individuals, both as a group and in a 1-on-1 setting. I was required to prepare and present a mock sales call. As a seasoned sales professional, I appreciate the gruelling element here, as I know USDM's bar is high when it comes to the quality of people they ultimately hire.
