USI Facility Services interview questions

Basically I filled out an app. This guy called me to come in. When I did he introduced himself, and proceeded to walk us around the building, he just pointed at things and said clean that and this. He then congratulated us on getting hired. My problem is there was no training what so ever involved nor a clear overview of duties. Heck he didn't even tell us how much we would be getting paid.
