I met the boss in the parking lot. He didnt ask any questions. Just took my resume and said you basically manage yourself. When. Can you start. He never looked at the resume. It took him about 5 days to give me a start date and about a month to pay me

Applied online, had a phone call interview, I had to do a drug test and background test. I had a 1v1 interview at the specific location. They tested me and I passed.
