However, the overall experience in the second round was disappointing. The interview panel was unprofessional in their approach, frequently laughing at responses and making the candidate feel uncomfortable. The interaction lacked basic courtesy and respect expected in a professional interview setting. Most questions were scenario-based with a coding problem, but the overall conduct of the panel made it a negative experience. I did not find the process aligned with a fair or respectful interview environment.
