One of my friends shared the opportunity with me, and, initially, a recruiter was very active and responsive, promptly replying on my emails and schedule interviews. But after the 2-nd interview, the situation completely changed - my emails were ignored, my LN messages were lest not answered. I've tried to contract also with those who schedule calls - they either ignore my emails or promise support with no further assistance. And only in 3 weeks after the 2-nd interview, I've got the info that another person was hired. My question regarding the reason for rejection was ignored. I wasn't asking for detailed feedback, but just a few words, is it competency, salary or something else. I've seen another vacancy, opened by UST and asked a recruiter to suggest me there. And I got an answer that I should directly contact with another recruiter. I was expecting that recruiters talk between themselves and I do not need to go via main entrance again
