The process did it take long. They will call you and let u know they want to move you over. First interview is a group and will happen 1-2weeks later. Then they’ll do a few group sessions with all your colleagues a month or two prior.

      Question 1

They asked your experience in sports. Why do you want to work here? What skills do you have to offer us? Personality questions

      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at USTA (New York, NY) in July 2023

      Interview

Possibly the worst run interview process I've ever had or even heard of! I love tennis and the US Open so I 'm very sorry to be saying this but they need new management desperately! I attended their open job fair day after registering ahead online -- once checked in with the first table I was then check in at a second table and what my position preferences/interests were. I was then led to sit in the stands with a mass of people -- they had a terrible snaking system for the line that constantly got messed up and a moody staff member who would occasionally come over and bark at us for getting confused (they could have easily handed us numbers or taken our resumes in order or a host of other options instead!). This wait went on for over 3 1/2 hours (the event was 3-7pm; I arrived apx 4pm) until they got panicked and turned it into group interviews of 10-12 people at once -- an interview is kind word for it considering the only this they asked was what our position preferences were (again! and something you could just have had us fill out online!) before promising that someone from those departments would reach out to us all in the next day to set up a personal and more specific interview. This did not happen. I tried to follow up and got no response either... do not have people commute out to the tennis stadium and make them wait for 3 1/2 hours, only to not interview them properly and not follow up as specifically promised.
