I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UScellular (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2019
Interview
Talent Acquisition phone screen, followed by Hiring manager Phone screen. 4 weeks later onsite three 1 hr interviews with Hiring Manager, senior executive peer organizations.
No closing of the interview with TA or Hiring manager on the potential next steps. Thank you emails were followed up - I will get back to you shortly. No response for at least weeks. low, elaborate process that follows the S.T.A.R interview format. Disorganized interview process. Talent acquisition or Hiring manager not available at the end of the interview - candidate is left guessing about the next steps. The interviewers asked the candidate about "How they would go about building their team, quite a few openings" because they have a hard time getting good talent to join the team. At low levels of unemployment, this process leaves a lot to be desired.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UScellular (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2010
Interview
Met with 9 managers and future to be peers. The flew me in 2 times. The interviews were situation questions like: what was the most difficult decision? What do you do if your peer is not performing? Overall the interviews were positive and fair and were realy meant to learn about me and how I fit with the role.

Question 1
A long questionnaire about my professional background before the interviews. Not unusual.
