The interview process was three one-on-one interviews. The answers were expected to be given in the situation, task, action, result format. The interviews were all virtual with various managers in the communications department.

I dealt with recruiter initially. After completing pre screening, I had video interview with director of communications. She went into great depth about company organization which was very helpful to get a fuller understanding of company culture. I had done my research about the company, but there's a lot that you can't learn from website or online documents. I didn't get the position, but I would definitely be interested in interviewing with US Cellular again
