I sent emails asking for the position that I heard from a friend and then was contacted by two senior employees who performed the same job responsibilities. I was offered an in-person interview about one week later. The two employees interviewed me and then a decision was made.

Questions were very specific about my previous experiences.
pretty much straightforward, tedious on boarding process.
1st round is HR
followed by project head
paperwork is long, on boarding takes alot of time
work culture is good
timely salary credited
diverse culture exposure

Interview
Very easy and straightforward, a one-on-one and was asked typical interview questions. Prepare to speak about prior research projects and strengths and weaknesses. An overall good experience and an easygoing conversation.
