UVA Darden School Foundation interview questions

The interview process here is long so be aware! It gives you a good opportunity to get to know the team and the culture. If I could do it over, I would ask more word-related questions and fewer people-related questions, because you meet so many people, you get a feel for it quickly.

The interview process was first done over the phone and followed up by an in person interview. The manager as well as other staff were involved in the process. It was a nice balance of staff involved to determine if the fit within the environment would be good on both ends.
