It was okay, everyone was super friendly. First, there is a screening with a recruiter and then an interview with the unit manager. I was able to hear back for a job a week or two after it.

Interview
You first apply with your application, resume, goal statement, and current unofficial transcript of grades. Then they send you an email and you have to enter 4 references and they send an email to them and they have to fill out a survey and rate you. Then there is a phone interview where they discuss the program, ask 5 interview questions, and the units you want to work on. They then schedule you a interview with a certain unit

Interview
First a phone interview giving basics about the job and asking basic questions about experience, strengths and weaknesses. Then a in person interview with the nurse manager and clinical nurse specialist.
